If you use these images for web building, they can be put into pages as layers, you should set your pages to “fixed page layout” this adds dimension to some pages, or the illusion of a single transition animation,

Left are a sample of both opaque, and transparent Gif animations, PNG compliant.

You can view these saved images in ACDSee or Animation, do not try to change the size or function, this will remove the PNG function, if you want to print to a T-shirt, try change to file type BMP, to see what it will appear like first,
