Movie Making

Photo Story 3, [for Windows] many use this software, but may be unaware of how the music section works, so I have put this image on the page to be a guide only,

In this image, we see the ADD Music section, the two buttons marked as [LEFT] Select music, Refers to music you may have stored on your computer, in folder/s, the Button marked create music, [right] refers to a simple music list within the program, generally rather simple, and some what limited, but serves its purpose well enough, but more dynamic users, may wish to use a more expanded list of music, it should be pointed out here, all such lists, will come under copyrights control, if copied from tapes, discs or the net, so be very careful about publication rights, if you intend to put your stories on the internet, while many owners may turn a blind eye, others may not, but be guided by the site publishing regulations, to avoid legal actions which may be possible, if you use music stuff, you could also try making your own music, using music production programs like music maker 14, plenty of choice out there.

Much the same method is used in Windows movie maker, in XP or Vista, you need to know also, in Movie maker [ VISTA Version] you must have a high powered graphic card installed, the onboard graphic system may be unable to allow movie maker to open, if this is the case, you may need to seek advice how to install a better graphic card, or get a skilled computer buff to do it for you, but if in doubt, and you feel competent to do this, you may encounter a problem with some AGP slot types were it stipulates on the board to use only AGP 1.5volt x8, this is not a simple upgrade, I personally, chose to install a standard PCI slot graphic card, this resolved a problem with the AGP slot,

Again this said, the methods used in Windows movie maker, are very much the same applied actions, you can ADD music to the Audio line, you can stretch or shrink the music line, you can add more than one music line [track/s] you can set the volume level etc, you can preview the movie as you go along, in much the same way as PS3, [above] before you publish to desktop, the same rules of copyright apply, you can rename the finished movie file later,
